The fun starts here.

Below is everything we need from you to get going.

★ How To Use This Pack

Click through the tabs.
Work through them at your pace.

Each section walks you through what we need and how to share it. Account access stuff has step-by-step instructions, and brand and content bits just need emailing through. There's also a final checklist at the end so nothing slips through.

Once we have everything, the strategy build starts in Week 1 and we go live in Week 2.

★ Heads Up

If your Instagram isn't
linked to Facebook yet or set-up,

Jump to the Instagram Setup tab next. There's a section in there that walks you through linking the two so we can manage both from one place.

04 / Instagram Setup

Get Insta talking to Facebook.

If your Instagram is already a business account and linked to your Facebook page, you can skip this section. If you don't have one yet or it's not linked, here's how to get sorted in a few minutes.

01 IF YOU DON'T HAVE INSTAGRAM YET

  1. Download the Instagram app on your phone (App Store or Google Play)
  2. Open the app and tap Sign Up
  3. Enter your email address and tap Next (or log in with your Facebook account)
  4. Create a username and password, then fill in your profile (name, bio, profile picture)
  5. Tap Done
  6. Convert your account to a Business account:
    • Go to your profile, tap the three lines top right
    • Tap Settings > Account
    • Select Switch to Professional Account and choose Business
    • Fill out the business info (contact, category etc.)
  7. Link Instagram to your Facebook Business Page (steps below)

02 LINKING INSTAGRAM TO FACEBOOK

  1. Open your Instagram app and go to your profile
  2. Tap the three lines top right, then tap Settings
  3. Tap Account then Linked Accounts
  4. Select Facebook and log in (if you aren't already)
  5. Choose the Facebook Business Page you want to connect
  6. Confirm by tapping Yes or OK

Done! Instagram and Facebook are now talking to each other. Way easier to manage both from one spot.
